Availability Calendar
A visual calendar for managing time slots and capacity. Create, edit, or delete slots directly from the calendar view.

Waitlist Automation
Walk-in guests join a digital waitlist with estimated wait times. The system tracks position, party size, and status.
Waitlist flow
- Staff adds a walk-in party to the waitlist with name, phone, and party size
- The system calculates an estimated wait time and assigns a position
- When a table is ready, staff marks the entry as "notified" — an SMS is sent to the guest
- Guest is seated and status changes to "seated"
- If the guest doesn't respond within a configurable window, the next party is notified
Cancellation recovery
When a reservation is cancelled, the freed slot is automatically offered to waitlisted guests. The first waiting party of suitable size gets notified via SMS.

No-Show Tracking
Mark no-shows directly from the reservation view. The system tracks no-show rates over time and shows trends by day, time, and party size.
Use no-show analytics to optimize overbooking thresholds and identify whether certain time slots or party sizes have higher no-show rates.
Google Calendar Sync
Bi-directional sync between Vozko reservations and your Google Calendar. Every reservation appears as a calendar event. Changes sync in real time via webhooks.
How it works
- Connect your Google account via OAuth in Settings
- Choose which calendar to sync with
- New reservations create calendar events automatically
- Cancellations delete or update existing events
- Sync happens in near-real-time via Google's push notifications
Multi-calendar support: Each location can connect its own Google Calendar. Staff can view reservations directly from their calendar app.
