Multi-Location Management

Manage multiple locations under one account. Each location has its own settings, hours, menu, phone number, and staff. Switch between locations from the dashboard.

Location Overview

Each location operates independently with its own configuration:

  • Profile: Name, address, phone, email, and timezone
  • Hours: Recurring weekly operating hours
  • Menu: Location-specific menu items and pricing
  • Phone number: Unique Twilio phone number per location
  • Calendar: Google Calendar connection per location
  • Staff: Staff can be assigned to specific locations

The number of locations depends on your plan. Starter plans include up to 3 locations.

Switching Between Locations

Use the location switcher in the sidebar to switch contexts. When you switch, the dashboard, calendar, reservations, and menu all update to show data for that location only.

Per-Location Hours

Set recurring weekly hours per location independently. One location might be open 11am-10pm while another is 8am-4pm (maybe a breakfast spot). Configure special holiday hours per location as needed.

Location-Specific Menus & Pricing

Each location can have its own menu with different items, pricing, and categories. This is useful when your locations have different concepts or when pricing varies by market.

Per-Location Phone Numbers

Assign a unique phone number to each location. When a guest calls, they reach the AI voice agent configured for that specific location with its menu, hours, and knowledge base.

Purchase new numbers or port existing ones directly from Vozko. Each number supports SMS, WhatsApp, and voice.
