Analytics

Reports & Insights

Data-driven insights to optimize your operations and grow your business. Track performance, spot trends, and make informed decisions.

Reservation Analytics

A high-level overview of your reservation performance over a custom date range (default 30 days).

Metrics

  • Total reservations — all bookings in the period
  • Completed reservations — guests who actually dined
  • Cancellations — reservations cancelled by guest or staff
  • No-shows — guests who didn't show up
  • No-show rate — percentage of total reservations that were no-shows

Peak Hours Analysis

See which hours are busiest across your locations. The peak hours report shows reservation counts by hour of day, helping you:

  • Optimize staff scheduling for busy periods
  • Identify slow times for promotions or specials
  • Adjust availability slot capacity based on real demand

No-Show Trends

Track no-show rates day by day. Identify patterns:

  • Are certain days of the week worse for no-shows?
  • Do larger parties no-show more often?
  • Are evening reservations riskier than lunch?

Use these insights to adjust your overbooking policy, send targeted reminders, or implement a cancellation fee for high-risk slots.

Best practice: Restaurants with automated reminders see 30-50% fewer no-shows. Make sure your messaging channels are configured.

Call Sentiment Analytics

Aggregate sentiment analysis of all AI calls. Track the distribution of positive, neutral, negative, and angry calls over time. Monitor the average sentiment score to spot trends.

A sudden drop in sentiment might indicate a problem with your menu, pricing, or the AI's behavior. Investigate by reviewing recent call logs.

Audit Logs

Every write operation in Vozko is logged with:

  • Who performed the action (actor email, role)
  • What action was taken (method and path)
  • When it happened (timestamp)
  • The HTTP status code returned
  • Details including query parameters and path params

Audit logs help with compliance, troubleshooting, and understanding how your team uses the system.
