Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when subscription fees may be refunded, credited, or remain non-refundable for Vozko services.

1. Subscription charges

Vozko subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan you choose. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until your subscription is cancelled.

2. General refund policy

Except where required by law or otherwise stated in a written agreement, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Partial month or unused service credits are not automatically refunded.

3. Cancellation timing

If you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. Future recurring charges will stop after the current paid term ends.

4. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact Vozko promptly with the account details and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and, when appropriate, issue a refund or account credit.

5. Exceptional refunds

We may choose, at our discretion, to provide a full or partial refund in exceptional situations such as duplicate charges, technical failures attributable to Vozko, or other circumstances where a refund is appropriate.

6. Payment processor timelines

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution.
